
Scotland international Erin Cuthbert has signed a new three-year contract at Chelsea, days after forward Bethany England also elected to extend her stay at the club.
The 22-year-old won the Women’s Super League and FA Cup double during her first full season with the club in 2018, and last season featured in all but two games as Chelsea regained the league title and won the Continental Tyres League Cup for the first time. The former Glasgow City midfielder will make her 100th Chelsea appearance next season.
On signing the extension until 2023, Cuthbert said: “It means so much to me. I’ve been here three-and-a-half years now and this club feels like home to me. I can’t imagine myself anywhere else and I’m just happy to get the deal over the line.
